Pastor Willie Shy is the Pastor of the Living Word Community Church located in Lawrenceville, NJ and has been pastoring for 15 years. He serves as the Adjutant Chief and the Vice Chair of the Board of Presbyters for the Churches of Our Lord Jesus Christ; the Adjutant General, Recording Secretary and ABYPU Advisor for the New Jersey Metropolitan Diocese; and the District Elder of the Southern District of the New Jersey Metropolitan Diocese.
Shy recently retired in 2006 after 30 years with General Motors and is dedicated full-time to the ministry. He has attended Philadelphia Bible College and has some credits at the extended learning center in NY for the William L Bonner Bible College.
Pastor Shy is married to First Lady Kathy J. Shy and they have 2 children, Michael and Nakia.
